If I have opportunity to study at Victoria University Melbourne, Australia, I will choose to study Master of Business Administration. I want to develop an understanding of the overall management of an organisational unit, including its marketing, finance and people. Master of Business Administration at Victoria University presents a strong foundation in conceptual knowledge incorporating recent developments in sustainability and global trends in business. Stay up-to-date with current industry practices while developing expertise in critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and, leadership. I heard that MBA at Victoria University currently ranks in the top three in Australia and number eight in the global Top 20 by CEO magazine for its excellent lecturers, small class sizes, student diversity, value-for-money and international study options.
Studying is the time when every single second should be dedicated to getting more knowledge and experience. That is the reason that I have always tried to get the best I can from all the knowledge I got from my work or my studies. At the moment, I am standing at the point where I already know my future goals and know what I have to do in order to achieve them. I am working at office and I am looking forward my career growth through the demonstration of my professionalism. Applying for the Master in International Business Administration is the right direction that I feel and know I will be successful in.
This courses is not just to become the source of additional information that will make me a real professional, but also the field that I feel I can contribute to. Business has always been very important in my life, which is primarily due to the understanding that the contemporary world has no perspective to function successfully without proper business administration in terms of the whole world and not just separate countries. My personal career goals are closely connected with project management and human resource management, which are integral parts of International business administration program and the future of the successful business coexistence of the countries in international terms.It especially concerns the strategies of global operations which can improve the business relations between different countries and will help to create a global “business cooperational network”. I personally consider that the future of international business administration lies in the creative approach to this program, which I plan to contribute after a more detailed study. Gaining more information through researches will give me the possibility to activate my creativity to the sphere of business administration.My present experience as a worker in the office will definitely enhance my coursework on business administration. Owing to my experience I possess enough knowledge to make correct business forecasting. As the corporation is rather large, its structure, functioning, business relations have already become a part of my professional experience.
The rapid development of the contemporary business environment is shifted by the booming globalization and unprecedented changes caused by fierce competition on the global marketplace. Along with such remarkable transformations, the necessity of high-quality workforce is of ultimate importance. The diverse marketplace necessitates tremendous changes due to the rapid expansion of global business. As both time and geographical borders are becoming more eliminated with each single day, the workforce is becoming more diverse. The candidates that posses reputable educational degrees and obtain solid educational backgrounds stand much better chance to win prestigious vacancies in the conditions of competitive international working environment. Considering current market requirements, the most optimal option for candidates is to take the courses aimed at interdisciplinary background to combine the necessary knowledge and skills in management, business, economics, accounting, marketing, social and behavioural sciences. In addition to this, as a future leader, I clearly comprehend that the contemporary highly-diverse business environments do not approve of the leaders that lack sufficient background, individual strategic vision (leadership style) and charismatic capacity to combine employee performances with the corporate goals.
The reason of my desire to return to studying is the possibility to make a real difference and to change what I think is wrong for better and not just for my company but for many other companies that work internationally. My participation in the graduate program has a very high value for me in terms of my professionalism and future career goals. Being a master in International business administrating completely corresponds to my goals and I would be honored to be a master in this sphere. But to achieve this I need to posses the ability to get different knowledge and research, which I can gain, through studying International business administration and writing a coursework. As creativity in any sphere requires a strong knowledge base in it, being a master will “open” the doors to new business career opportunities and bring me professionalism to the most possible level productivity.
